In-suk

A young shaman who has recently completed her training. She has very large breasts, which she is deeply embarrassed about despite her culture's usual lack of body shame. She took the time to learn the Majin language during her training, which has caused the captains of Guwon to consider her as an emissary to the Majin. This is also why her family was chosen to host Mizuyo's party upon their arrival as refugees. In-suk quickly takes to her new guests, but slowly becomes concerned over her feelings for Mizuyo.

By the start of the second book, In-suk's training as an emissary has been completed and she has begun going on trips to Majin lands to find refugees that may wish to join the Nam-eun in South Harbor. However, her unease around the Majin has not lessened, as she separates Mizuyo and her friends from the other Majin in her mind. Also, her feelings toward Mizuyo continue to grow, despite her efforts to suppress them.
